We are a full time repair, manufacturer, rental and Indoor Party Company. We have a climate controlled 12,000 sq. ft. facility. We are equiped with the most advanced heavy duty industrial sewing equipment around. Our equipment is STATE OF THE ART and will hands down, out perform any table mounted sewing machine in the repair business. We have the ability to sew material up to 3/4" thick and use only the best thread no lower than size 207. Our repair techs will be able to properly diagnose any inflatable problems you might have and give you a free estimate for the repairs. Be careful of other companies in GA who say they are certified we have purchased equipment from them that was repaired by cutting long cuts across the bottom instead of doing a professional job and taking the time to take seams apart. We strive on great customer service and fast turn around however only the highest of quality will be put into your repair.

Refund and Returns Policies:
Return Policy: If a product is returned it must be returned with a RMA Return Merchandise Authorization form from Flip Flop Inflatables. Please contact one of our friendly service reps to get this form sent over to you. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Item will have to be returned NEW and unused and inspected by Flip Flop Inflatables before a credit will be given. On custom orders that are made these can not be resold as stock items and will not qualify for a return.
Warranties: If an item has a flaw you will need to contact customer service at Flip Flop Inflatables for a warranty ticket and a RMA form. Custom cold air inflatables carry a 12 month stitching warranty, sky dancers & tubes carry a 60 day warranty on stitching. Material is not covered under warranty due to wear. All blowers have a 1 year warranty and customer is resposible for properly filling out warranty card for blowers purchased. If blower warranty card is not sent to manufacturer warranty could possibly be void.
